Sandrine started practicing yoga by
chance. Over the years she has developed a passion to
continue to explore the lengths and depths yoga has to
offer. While initially yoga was a very goal orientated
process, it has become an integral part of Sandrine's life's inner
evolution. Yoga gives her tools to help live a life "in
the now", being less reactive to difficult situations. Sandrine
knows that she has only tasted a crumb of what yoga has to
offer physically and mentally.
Sandrine has been blessed to study
with some great teachers both well known and some not so
well known. She teaches a power vinyasa flow
style that will challenge you both mentally and physically.
"I encourage my fellow yogis and yoginis to come to class with an open mind,
letting go of all expectations. Listening to your body
while challenging it to its limits with wisdom and love. By
incorporating the key element of breath into the flow we
allow a cleansing process by which every cell in our being
can and will be touched."
